Abbey Road Institute response to COVID- 19

AN UPDATE FROM ABBEY ROAD INSTITUTE

The Covid-19 Alert Status in South Africa is currently on an Adjusted Level 1 and all tertiary education institutions are allowed to resume on-campus classes. Abbey Road institute Johannesburg has therefore resumed on-campus lectures and practical studio sessions while still following strict social distancing and sanitising protocol.

We are closely following the guidance provided by both the SA government and World Health Organisation to make sure we have the most up to date information and can effectively monitor the situation.

We’ll be updating this page and our social media channels on a regular basis with status updates. Our team are still here, working from home and available to speak with you. If you have any questions please drop us an email johannesburg@abbeyroadinstitute.com

The curriculum is fantastic, extremely comprehensive, contemporary and relevant to today’s industry.

Luke Glazewski, Graduate 2019

The course taught me what it means to be a producer and engineer in the industry, I learned things I couldn’t have learned anywhere else.

Marta Di Nozzi, Graduate 2019

It’s a unique experience in so many ways, the location, the calibre of guest lecturers and access to Abbey Road Studios for classes is pretty amazing. There aren't many places you get to record a full orchestra!
